Your adrenal glands are responsible for producing hormones that help regulate metabolism, immune system, blood pressure etc. Due to chronic stress they can become overactive and fatigued. This session can be beneficial for resetting their rhythm to their factory setting and help the body get into parasympathetic state. Please don’t book this session as your first Biofield Tuning session!

This is a Standard Biofield Tuning session that we’ll tailor to your needs, checking in about the shifts and changes since your first session and following your body’s guidance for the best approach.

This is a gentle clothed session focused on tuning into the nervous system while supporting it to unwind and integrate. This session is facilitated using a blend of biomechanical and biodynamic craniosacral therapy, with elements of somatic therapy woven in.

In this session we use the Fibonacci forks on your body to help alleviate symptoms of joint pain and compression and support freedom of movement. The Fibonacci forks are used to align and connect your body to its geometric template, assisting it to remember its original blueprint and perfection, returning to order. The session feels relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time, allowing the frequencies to move all the way into your bones.

I offer this time for you to ask questions about Biofield Tuning, and also give you a mini session so you can feel the vibrations of the tuning forks. It is a conversation where you can share health history and also set goals for our time together.

I'm offering these group sessions on the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month in Nelson, 4th Friday of the month in Kaslo. At this session I'll be playing multiple Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls combined with my voice to offer you some time for reflection, relaxation, rejuvenation, meditation and deep rest.

I'm offering these group sessions on the 2nd Friday of the month in Nelson. During this session you'll get to be an active participant by using your own voice to tune your chakras and help your nervous system come to coherence and harmony. I'll be guiding by playing multiple Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls which will provide harmony and safety. No singing skills are needed, you've got this!

We will spend some time talking and sharing information about your health history, emotional health, setting goals for your session, after which I’ll give you a Biofield Tuning session, and we’ll also talk about after session care. You don’t need to have a free consultation prior to booking this session.

Useful for couples or friends who wish to be trained together and possibly learn cues to help each other.

This is a forks on the body session, a sonic massage that is very relaxing and also powerful. We apply tuning forks on your body, tracing some of the main meridian lines, flushing, detoxing and rejuvenating. It's a great session for those of you who want to experience the tuning forks on the body before diving into the "field work".

During this session you will have the opportunity of receiving the healing frequencies of both tuning forks and singing bowls applied directly on your body. You’ll be able to move and shift stuck energy, calm your nervous system while being deeply relaxed. You can also use your own voice to hum and tone, helping your body release tension.

The back side of your body relates to receiving. We spend so much of our lives giving to our families and friends, and also in our work, and sometimes forget to open ourselves to receiving. This session helps to re-learn how to accept support, love, clarity, guidance in communicating with others. It’s also very helpful in opening the body to receive tuning sessions.
