Heather’s treatment style involves getting to know your goals and lifestyle and using advanced clinical reasoning to provide the best quality care. She uses a multimodal approach including; manual therapy, soft tissue/fascial release, mobilization, manipulation, and addition she employs exercise, modalities including shockwave, GUNN IMS and acupuncture.
Heather treats all areas of the body, but takes special interest in spinal pain, shoulder pain and chronic pain or complex cases. She prides herself on a comprehensive assessment that always looks for and treats the root cause of pain.
