This 2 hour appointment is for patients who are actively working within an already established treatment plan and is intended as a continuation of care. These visits allow us to return to the work already in progress - building on prior changes, responding to how your system has adapted and continuing to support the treatment plan that has been established. Ongoing sessions create space for the body to settle into change at its own pace. They allow us to stay present with your system as it reorganizes, while providing the steady input the fascial and nervous systems require for meaningful integration.

This appointment is for patients who are actively working within an already established treatment plan and is intended as a continuation of care. This JFB MFR treatment session typically involves gentle, sustained pressure applied to restrictive connective tissue. Treatment is a slow, hands-on, individualized and focused where the therapist follows areas of tension allowing tissues to soften and lengthen naturally thus improving mobility, reducing pain and restoring function. This 1 hour session creates space for the body to settle into change at its own pace allowing us to stay present with your system as it healthfully reorganizes and reintegrates fascially.

Getting a ‘cottage call’ massage is a no hassle way of relaxation as you can enjoy scenery from your own dock, backyard, sun room or any where else you desire or feel comfortable.
