Heather graduated from Oxford College and has been a registered member of massage therapy since 2022. She incorporates healing through Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point release, cupping and remedial exercise.
Heather has a passion for health & fitness that includes hiking, camping, Pilates, yoga and dog walks. She loves to be surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature, keeping herself active with sports and spending time with her family.
