Heather is a passionate and committed practitioner of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese
Medicine. She embraces a holistic approach to Wellness, and strives to create an attentive and
supportive atmosphere.
Heather’s previous career as a Glass Artist has helped hone her sensitivity, attention to detail,
and dexterity. She is an avid gardener, former athlete, and certified Hatha Yoga Teacher. This
collective experience brings a sense of balance, and a desire to keep active to her practice. It
allows her to think outside the box and provide creative solutions through the Healing Arts.
A life-long-learner, Heather recently completed additional studies which allow her to offer
specialized treatments for those struggling with held Trauma, and Addiction recovery, and
symptoms of Menopause. She continues to study Herbology, and is committed to
understanding the classical teachings of Chinese Medicine.
Her clinical practice addresses Pain Management, Injury Recovery, Insomnia, Digestive
Disorders, Stress Management, and Fatigue. Acupuncture, Cupping, and Tui Na treatments are
supplemented with lifestyle and nutritional suggestions.
Heather is keen to develop personalised treatment plans, and help people achieve ease,
balance, and wellbeing in their lives.
