For the past 18 years, Heather and her husband Travis have been passionately serving the Barrhaven community. In 2009, they made a decision to plant their roots, start their family, and call this community home. Heather has been working as a physio in this community since 2008. In that time, she has earned the loyalty and admiration of many. She started her career in a very busy private clinic in the Barrhaven area. In that role, she was exposed to the challenge of high-volume caseloads and connecting with people in the fast-paced world of outpatient orthopaedics.
Heather is highly trained in a variety of modalities and manual therapy techniques such as acupuncture/dry needling, cupping, Graston, Shockwave Therapy and more. In 2025 Heather became STOTT Pilates Reformer certified and is now offering 1:1 sessions as well as group classes. Heather is so excited to be treating from both of our locations and she looks forward to meeting you!
