Hedy is a therapist with over five years of clinical experience, offering individual, relationship, and family counselling. She provides in-person sessions in Abbotsford, and virtual therapy to clients across British Columbia and Ontario.
She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) and a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. Her approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and integrative—drawing from evidence-based practices like ACT, CBT, DBT-informed tools, and emotion-focused therapy.
She often works with immigrants, students, couples, families, and high-achieving professionals. Many of her clients are emotionally intelligent and self-aware, and together Hedy and her clients explore patterns, values, and inner dynamics that help her clients live with greater alignment and purpose.
Hedy's style is intuitive, engaged, and insight-driven. She believes therapy can lead to quantum leaps—through intentional, meaningful steps. The journey is the destination, and Hedy is here to help you walk it with clarity and confidence.

If you’ve been in a car accident, you’re eligible for 12 pre-approved counselling sessions within the first 12 weeks—no referral needed. This session includes an assessment of your emotional well-being, goal setting, and a report submitted to ICBC as part of your treatment plan. If it’s been more than 12 weeks since your accident, ICBC must approve further sessions. I can help with the paperwork to request continued care. Please contact us with your ICBC claim number, accident date, and PHN to book your appointment.
