Heena is a highly experienced and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist with over 4 years of international clinical experience and more than two years of hands-on work as a Physiotherapy Assistant in Canada. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from KLE University, India. Additionally, she completed her post-secondary education in Fitness and Health Promotion from Durham College.
Heena has contributed to several multidisciplinary clinics across the Durham Region, where she is known for her strong skills in client management, manual therapy, cupping therapy, and evidence-based rehabilitation. She is certified in COMT (Certificate in Orthopedic Manual Therapy), Functional Release Therapy, and Kinesio Taping. Her clinical approach focuses on manual therapy, preventing injury, facilitating functional recovery, and empowering patients through movement and education.
With a warm and collaborative approach, Heena effectively addresses barriers to care, supports families, and connects patients with essential community resources. She is deeply committed to providing holistic, patient-centered care that promotes long-term health and well-Education & Certification:

Osteopathic manual therapy works based on functional mechanics because we believe anatomic structures govern physiological functions. Patients who are interested in this service please wear comfortable pants and shirt (no jeans and sweaters). We recommend minimum 4 to 5 sessions to see significant results. Please note that we charge based on sessions not time based.
