I grew up in the wheat field of the prairies and in the shadows of the mountains where I still am today.
In 2008 I went to MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary AB and completed the 2,200 hour, 2 year course, I never wrote the RMT exam so I practice on my own here in BC . Becoming a Deep Tissue Therapist has been such a gift. It feeds my curiosity and allows me to help others understand pain and creative ways to heal, to the best of my ability.
For 15 years now I have worked as a therapist and I have developed a unique style of therapy that, approaches muscle imbalance and pain from a different angle. I do lean on the deep tissue massage to create true change, but I am your therapist, so I do my best to read each and every client as an individual and meet them where they are at that day, to achieve the best results for that treatment.
Along side this, I have a core belief that each and everyone of us can gain true healing through knowledge and understanding. Teaching clients about there own unique body and pain, has become very important in my treatments. Knowledge is power.
My passion for healing and connection fuelled me to get a certificate in Functional Medicine Health Coaching in 2021. I realized there was so much more to humans then the physical bodies. Pain stems from an imbalance in any area of life, for it is whole. One cannot treat the body without the mind.
I have been through more then some and less then others. My work as a therapist has taught me so much about myself and others, it has been my teacher far beyond textbooks. I look forward to meeting you and lending a helping hand through your journey.

A two-hour full body treatment is a comprehensive, deeply restorative experience that provides ample time for a therapist to address specific concerns and promote overall balance and wellness. It goes beyond the general relaxation of a typical 60-minute session, allowing for extended, detailed work on every major muscle group of the body.
A 60-minute deep tissue massage is a focused treatment designed to address chronic pain, muscle tension, and restricted movement by targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue with sustained, firm pressure and specialized techniques.
In a 90-minute deep tissue massage, I will address the client's condition, the treatment goals, specific techniques used, the duration of work on each area, the client's response, and the post-treatment recommendations. I will include any expected soreness or advice for future sessions to promote recovery and long-term relief.
Using a unique blend of traditional massage techniques and Hot Rock, this is a powerful way to create change and healing within the imbalanced muscles.
This is a unique treatment developed here at Broken Wing. Combining theraputic deep tissue work to target pain, with the deep healing heat of hot rocks. This is truly the best of both worlds!
An initial massage treatment typically begins with a discussion about health history, current concerns, and treatment goals, followed by a tailored hands-on session using foundational techniques to ease tension and promote relaxation or address specific issues.
This is a no B.S. approach to healing. You need a break, without all the fancy fluff attached to Day Spas? I've got you covered. Upon arrival, you will be able to prepare for your first 90-minute treatment. We will assess your needs and tailor our approach to your specific situation. Then, you will have one hour to relax in the treatment room, where a snack and a drink will be provided. Sit in a recliner chair, journal, read or take a nap. Upon completion of your rest period, you will receive your second deep-tissue/hot rock treatment, which concludes with a specialized facial. Don't have time to spend days on self-care? This is an intense 4-hour informative reset that will leave you rejuvenated, empowered, and able to take on life again! Additional coaching is available after treatment for ongoing support.
