I provide client‑centred, strength‑based art therapy in a safe, non‑judgmental environment. Sessions are tailored to individual goals with integrated evidence‑based DBT and ACT approaches. Art materials are used as a therapeutic tool—no artistic skill is required.
I have extensive experience supporting youth and adults with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, autism, grief, and other persistent mental health concerns. My clinical interests include supporting families through all the stages of life. In addition to individual therapy, I offer joint parent/child sessions which focus on building better communication and relationship between you and your child.

I am a wife, mother of six adult children, and grandmother. My personal and professional work includes a strong connection to process‑based art, particularly natural fibres, watercolours, and mixed media.
Having spent much of my life in rural Manitoba and Northern Ontario, I am committed to increasing access to mental health supports through virtual art therapy.

Art Class for Teens
This session is designed for Bottom-Up therapy. This modality is especially helpful for clients with PTSD, CPTSD, ASD, ADHD and symptoms with hypo-arousal, hyper-arousal behaviors.
