Helly Patel is a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping individuals reduce pain, restore movement, improve function, and return to the activities that are meaningful to them. She provides personalized, evidence-informed care by listening carefully to each patient’s concerns and developing treatment plans based on their individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Helly has experience assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and mobility-related conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, overuse injuries, sports and workplace injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, joint and muscle pain, reduced mobility, postural dysfunction, and temporomandibular joint disorders. Her treatment approach may include patient education, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, strengthening, and individualized home exercise programs.
Helly has also completed Level 1 and Level 2 pelvic health physiotherapy training. She provides confidential and respectful assessment and treatment for pelvic pain, overactive bladder, urinary urgency and frequency, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor weakness, and difficulty coordinating the pelvic floor muscles. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment while prioritizing each patient’s comfort, privacy, preferences, and consent.
