**Henry is an RMT who graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy** and is eager to put his knowledge to work for you. He believes in personalized treatment plans and **tailors his approach using Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, and deep tissue massage (adjusted for your comfort level).**
**His goal? To help you feel your best!** Henry is passionate about patient-centred care and will work with you to address your specific needs and goals.
**In his free time, he enjoys staying active by weightlifting, dragon boating, spending time with loved ones, and soaking up the beautiful Vancouver sunshine (weather permitting!).**

ICBC Massage Initial Appointment for those who have an active ICBC claim. A patient is pre-approved for up to 12 treatments without a Dr's note within the first 12 weeks after the accident. To qualify, we need an active claim number and your claim specialist's name and contact details if you have it. Please bring this with you to your first appointment or include those details when filling out your intake form. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 604-876-9977. Please note your first appointment is completely covered by ICBC and is at no cost to you.
