Henry Mok is a licensed Physical Therapist who graduated from the UBC Master of Physical Therapy program in 2021, following a degree in Biomedical Physiology from SFU in 2016. With over a decade of experience as a Kinesiologist in orthopaedic settings, he has developed a diverse skill set, including completion of the CPA Orthopaedic Division Level 5, ACC (Acupuncture AA1/AA2) and Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS).
As a Physical Therapist, Henry fosters an open environment, encouraging clients to ask questions and actively participate in their treatment. He integrates manual therapy, dry needling, soft tissue techniques, and personalized exercises, often using clear educational diagrams to ensure clients fully understand their care.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Henry is passionate about outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and running. As a fitness enthusiast, he applies his academic knowledge to create dynamic workout programs and corrective exercises tailored to individual needs.

Assessment designed to improve running economy, enhance performance, and reduce the risk of injury. These assessments are ideal for endurance runners; we also provide separate assessments tailored specifically for sprinters. Includes detailed history, an orthopaedic assessment of strength, stability and mobility to evaluate any movement imbalances, and treadmill running gait analysis. Based on all findings, your physiotherapist will provide a clear summary of your assessment, individualized training recommendations, targeted exercises to address imbalances or inefficiencies, and any relevant running cues to help improve your technique.
