Hilary Veenstra grew up in Cornwall and graduated from St. Joseph’s Catholic Secondary School as an Ontario Scholar in 2014. She then attended the University of Ottawa and obtained an Honour’s Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. Upon graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2018, Hilary was accepted into the Masters of Science in Physical Therapy program at the University of Toronto.
During Hilary’s time in Toronto, she took a particular interest in the role of physiotherapy in cancer care. Hilary successfully completed a Rehabilitation Strategies for Patients with Cancer course, and was an attendee at the First Annual Geriatric Oncology Conference.
Hilary was glad to move home to Cornwall in early 2020. She is eager to provide care to the members of the community where she was raised. She strives to assist her clients in reaching their goals, increasing mobility, managing pain and improving overall quality of life.

This appointment is for a Government of Ontario Assistive Devices Program (ADP) assessment with a licensed ADP physiotherapist. The assessment includes: • Review of medical history and current mobility concerns • Assessment of strength, balance, posture, and functional mobility • Determination of eligibility for ADP funding • Recommendation of an appropriate walker or wheelchair • Completion and submission of required ADP paperwork Who should book: Clients who require a wheelchair and are seeking ADP funding. Note: This appointment is specific to ADP assessments and funding applications.
This appointment is a follow-up visit related to a previous Assistive Devices Program (ADP) assessment with a licensed ADP physiotherapist. The follow-up may include: • Review of ADP application status or documentation • Equipment trial, fitting, or adjustment • Review of vendor recommendations or quotes • Additional measurements or assessments as required by ADP • Updates or corrections to ADP paperwork Who should book: Clients who have already completed an initial ADP assessment and require further visits to complete the ADP process. Note: This appointment is not for initial ADP assessments.

Breast reconstruction or general well-being of the breast tissue is indicated for this session. Client has already been assessed by the therapist.
