Hillary grew up in Halifax and now resides in Dartmouth with her husband, 3 teens and their dog Tucker.
With over two decades of hands-on experience, she brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to massage therapy. A proud graduate of ICT, Northumberland College, Hillary has worked in many diverse environments - from luxury spas, massaging on the beach of Australia, as well as physiotherapy and multidisciplinary wellness clinics.
Hillary integrates a wide range of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy and cupping. She has treated a wide range of conditions and her treatments are focused on overall wellness and stress relief. Whether addressing chronic or acute pain or simply promoting relaxation, she tailors every session to meet the unique needs of each client.
Hillary is passionate about helping individuals feel their best through therapeutic touch, and believes in a whole-body approach to healing.

30 minute appointments are standard repeat appointments. Geared towards the treatment of pain and dysfunction.

RAPID NFR is technique used to target pain and dysfunction. You and the therapist will dive deep into your health history and assess your functional movements to determine your outcome goals, and develop a treatment plan. The patient remains clothed for treatment and actively participate in their healing. Precise pressure from the therapist and directed movements preformed by the patient aim to communicate with the central nervous system to restore function and eliminate pain. It is recommended that you book at least 2 follow up appointments. Weekly is best. For serious cases of pain & long term issues, book 5 weekly sessions for greatest chance of lasting results. Subject to change at therapists discretion. 60 minute appointments are for Initial Assessments only. Initial Assessments will include hands on treatment. Treatment is billed as Massage Therapy to your insurance provider.
Lymphatic Drainage is a light pressure treatment designed to help reduce swelling, improve circulation and promote natural detoxification. It can help ease feelings of heaviness, fatigue and puffiness while supporting overall relaxation. *This massage is not focused on muscle tension. It is focused on fluid movement and lymphatic health.
