I am a compassionate and dedicated Physiotherapist committed to helping individuals
restore function, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life through
personalized, evidence-based care. I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) in
India before furthering my education in Canada by earning a diploma in Fitness and
Health Promotion from Durham College, Ontario.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages and a variety of musculoskeletal
and orthopedic conditions. I am passionate about creating individualized treatment
plans that focus on improving mobility, restoring strength, and helping patients return
safely to their daily activities, work, and recreational pursuits. My treatment approach
combines hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and injury
prevention strategies to support lasting recovery and long-term wellness.
I have a special interest in promoting healthy, active lifestyles and empowering patients
to take an active role in their rehabilitation. I believe that building strong therapeutic
relationships with patients through clear communication and compassionate care is
essential to achieving successful outcomes. My goal is to help every patient move with
greater confidence and reach their personal health and functional goals.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy staying active through fitness, exploring new places,
spending time with family and friends, and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
