- Over two years of volunteer involvement in healthcare settings, including Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) Cardiac Rehabilitation, ICORD PARC, and VCH Minoru Residence, supporting patients and assisting with rehabilitation programs focused on improving mobility and quality of life.
- Experience volunteering with individuals of diverse physical needs, including children with disabilities, individuals with spinal cord injuries, and older adults.
- over 10 years of competitive experience in track and field and baseball, extensive knowledge has been gained in developing fitness programs focused on strength, endurance, and injury prevention, providing a strong understanding of the demands of competitive sports and the ability to design effective, sport-specific training plans.
