Hoda is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical practice, including more than three years as a Registered Physiotherapist in British Columbia, working in outpatient clinical settings.
Before moving to Canada, Hoda built an extensive background in physiotherapy in Iran, where her primary focus was in outpatient clinics, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and supporting patients through rehabilitation programs. While she also gained experience in hospital settings, her strongest expertise and passion have been in clinic-based care, where she provided individualized treatments for chronic pain, orthopedic recovery, workplace and motor vehicle injuries, and especially sports-related conditions.
Hoda has advanced training in multiple physiotherapy techniques, including Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), dry needling, Gua Sha, Spinal Manipulation, Joint Mobilization, TM Joint treatment, Manual Therapy, and Rehabilitation Methods. She is particularly skilled in integrating evidence-based approaches for post-surgical rehabilitation, neuromuscular dysfunctions, and complex pain conditions, as well as the prevention and management of sports injuries.
Her patient-centered philosophy emphasizes education, functional recovery, and long-term wellness. With her clinical expertise and compassionate approach, Hoda empowers patients to actively participate in their recovery journey.
