Holly graduated from ICT Northumberland College with honours in 2014. After graduating she worked for a busy physiotherapy clinic in Halifax for 8 years. During her time there she gained experience treating many clinical conditions including, but not limited to, whiplash, arthritis, TMJ dysfunction, rotator cuff injuries, sprains, strains, fractures, migraines and chronic pain.
She particularly likes working with clients who have chronic pain as this is something she is familiar with. She also has personal and practical experience working with clients who have ostomies. She is skilled at creating treatment plans tailored to individual needs. They may include general Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, stretching and strengthening, to name a few.
When Holly is not working she enjoys taking time to get out in nature with her partner and their dog, Poco. She also enjoys reading, cooking and photography. Holly is grateful to work in the community she calls home.
