Holly Ouellette earned her diploma from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in Victoria in 2019. Recently relocated to the Alberni Valley, she was drawn to the area's vibrant outdoor recreation opportunities. An avid cyclist and trail runner, Holly brings her passion for movement and wellness into her therapeutic practice.
She has advanced training in TMJD treatment and is Level 2 certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage through the Dr. Vodder School.
Holly’s treatment style integrates a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and both active and passive modalities. She also provides personalized recommendations for strength and mobility exercises to support long-term balance and well-being.
