**Holly** (She/Her) is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 16 years of experience in multidisciplinary clinics. Her passion for massage therapy started in her early 20s after experiencing the benefits firsthand. Graduating from ICT Northumberland College in 2009, she’s continued to expand her knowledge through mentorship and continuing education with skilled Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and other Massage Therapists.
Having treated thousands of clients, Holly is known for her attentiveness and compassionate approach, always listening to her patients’ needs. Her goal is simple: to improve your daily life and activities, offering personalized care that advocates for your well-being.
Holly is excited to bring a new technique to the clinic by becoming a Rapid NeuroFascial Reset (RNR) Therapist. RNR is a neurologically-driven, hands-on technique that focuses on the central nervous system to relieve tension and restrictions in the body. As an evidence-based therapy, it’s designed to provide fast, effective pain relief to help our patients experience lasting results. Utilizing a biopsychosocial perspective RAPID addresses the body’s perception of threat and danger. By bringing the brain to safety, most painful conditions and ROM restrictions disappear.
