I believe that lasting change begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment. Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, searching for clarity, or looking to reconnect with yourself, you don't have to do it alone.
I hold a Life Coaching Certificate from Rhodes Wellness College, where I learned practical tools to help people gain clarity, build on their strengths, and move toward the life they want to create. Life coaching is a collaborative process that focuses on helping you discover your own potential, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change.
Alongside my coaching training, I bring over 15 years of experience working with people in leadership, customer service, and community support. Those experiences have shown me the importance of meeting people where they are, listening without judgment, and creating a space where they feel supported and empowered.
I'm especially passionate about supporting people through life transitions, identity changes, caregiver stress, and the many forms of grief that often go unrecognized. I believe grief isn't only about losing someone we love. It can also come from the loss of a relationship, a career, a dream, our sense of identity, or the future we imagined. These experiences deserve to be acknowledged with compassion, curiosity, and care.
I don't believe my role is to tell you what to do or to have all the answers. Instead, I'm here to walk alongside you, ask meaningful questions, and support you as you reconnect with your strengths, values, and the life you want to create. I believe that growth isn't about becoming someone different—it's about coming home to yourself.
