Prior to becoming an RMT, I worked in a variety of health and social care settings with diverse client populations in the UK and U.S.
I work from a place where my client and I are a team, heading towards the same goal in a safe and welcoming environment.

This "less is more" approach ensures that the heat is never overwhelming, allowing your therapist to integrate the stones seamlessly into a flowing, restorative massage. You’ll enjoy deep muscle relaxation, enhanced circulation, nervous system reset and precision relief. While hot stone therapy is deeply healing, the intense heat is not suitable for everyone.
