##Hey there, I'm Ila!
I have been in Kamloops most of my life, having moved here when I was a child. In 2020 I decided it was time for a new beginning, and a change in my career.
Massage Therapy has always been something I was interested in as it enabled me to help people in a meaningful way. Once I graduated from OVCMT in Vernon, I successfully wrote my Board exams and received my Registration.
I continue to grow and evolve my practice as an RMT to ensure that my clients receive the best possible outcomes from their treatments. I apply a moderate to deep pressure and prefer to use myofascial techniques, Swedish and a variety of others. I am excited to continue to learn and expand my skillset as my career advances and to share my knowledge for the benefit of my clients.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy going to the gym, playing soccer, snowboarding, cycling, hiking and camping. I live an active life and I love all that Kamloops has to offer! I look forward to working with you on your movement and mobility goals!
