Ingrid is a Registered Acupuncturist and co-owner of Urban Wellness Clinic. While her special interest lies in an inclusive and gender affirming approach to reproductive health (including gynecological issues, fertility, prenatal/postpartum care and perimenopause), she loves to treat a broad array of health issues including stress relief/emotional regulation, insomnia, body pain, headaches/migraines, digestion and more. She also offers Facial Acupuncture/Guasha using a therapeutic whole body approach, believing that skin health and longevity can be encouraged as part of helping her clients feel great overall.
Traditional Chinese Medicine offers a holistic approach to health and Ingrid uses this framework to treat her client’s symptoms while simultaneously addressing underlying imbalances and so improving their overall health outcomes.
With a background in visual arts, Ingrid brings an intuitive and creative sensibility to her
practice, and is deeply committed to meeting the unique needs of each client. She believes
in each person’s innate healing ability, and centers her practice around facilitating and
empowering her patients in this beautiful and challenging process.
Ingrid’s education includes a diploma from Eight Branches Academy of Eastern
Medicine, cosmetic acupuncture certificate from Two Circles Acupuncture and
internships at both Six Degrees Community Acupuncture and Living Waters Therapies.
Ingrid also has a BFA from Emily Carr University. She loves to learn and is always
expanding her knowledge and skills in the healing arts to bring the best care to her
clients.

This Hand Analysis package includes 2 appointments-Initial Session-Handprints AND Life Purpose Discovery. Scientific Hand Analysis is a tool for self-discovery and can reveal your life purpose and help you get on track to being in your highest self expression. Scientific hand analysis provides an extremely eye-opening way to understand yourself, figure out your purpose, learn about your gifts, manage your challenges, and utilize your hands as a blueprint to your soul.

Through the use of meditation, breathwork, movement and stillness, you will be guided through practices that support your body’s innate wisdom to ground itself. For those experiencing an overwhelmed nervous system, a range of feeling states can arise-from anxiety to anger; fear to frustration; from depression to disconnection; from technological fatigue to technological addiction. These personal and collective experiences may remain unprocessed and held in our bodies. As a teacher, I aim to provide you with simple strategies to attune to what is arising and approach that with greater compassion and clarity. By integrating moment to moment experience and moving stagnant energy, we can make space for a more grounded existence. I share tools that help us ride out your thoughts, feelings and experiences as they arise during this time of immense change and disordering of the world we live in.
