She draws from pain science and nervous system function, and looks well beyond anatomy: how you sleep, how you move through your day, and what your body has been quietly managing over time.
She works with a range of presentations — acute injury, chronic tension, neurological conditions, and pain that doesn't separate cleanly from the rest of what a person is carrying. TMJ is an area she works with regularly and finds particularly interesting to treat.
