My name’s Irina, and I'm a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner in BC and AB.
I completed the 5yr Dr. TCM program [4250hr at ACOS, Nelson BC], with 2yr experience practicing.
I am driven to truly help you feel your best again, whatever that may look like.
Maybe you’re seeking pain relief, or help with internal symptoms, perhaps mental-emotional discomfort, or maybe to simply decompress, let go of a stressful day and feel deeply relaxed.
Whatever your concern is, I can help your body re-establish balance by using Chinese medicine theory and practice. I'm committed to expedient results, and along with your efforts (because how you take care of yourself makes a difference), I aim for noticeable results within 3-4 sessions and for you see and feel consistent progress.

I use a few different tools during a session, including acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, glass cupping, gua sha, and occasionally I'll recommend a Chinese medicine herbal formula. Diagnostic tools include inquiry, pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, and palpation. During the follow-up session, the assessment is much shorter than the intial, aprox 5-15m for assessment and the rest for treatment. Every session varies based on your primary symptom, accompanying symptoms, and your constitution. As you change, the assessment, focus, and treatment are catered to reflect that.

As you change, the assessment, focus, and treatment are catered to reflect that.
