Irina is a certified reflexologist with a passion for helping others find relief through her techniques.
After discovering the benefits of reflexology for herself, Irina decided to pursue her certification so she could share this healing art with a wider audience.
When she's not practicing reflexology, Irina enjoys biking, cooking healthy meals for her family, spending time with her kids and pets, practicing yoga, and trying new things like Chinese cupping therapy.
Irina believes that a holistic approach incorporating movement, nutrition, and mindfulness can make a big difference in our health and wellbeing. Her goal is to empower people with simple strategies that fit into their everyday lives.
