###**About Isabelle**
Growing up as a competitive athlete, I developed a passion for sports and performance from a young age. I began competing in gymnastics before transitioning to figure skating, where I skated competitively for 10 years and competed at multiple national events. Today, I continue to share my love of the sport through coaching. Since retiring from competitive skating, I have taken up Olympic weightlifting, which has provided a new opportunity to challenge myself and continue competing.
My interest in food, science, and sport naturally led me to pursue a career in nutrition. I graduated from the University of Alberta in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science, specializing in Dietetics. During my clinical training, I gained experience across a variety of practice areas, including acute care, pediatrics, and outpatient counselling. As a dietitian, I take an individualized, non-restrictive approach to nutrition counselling. I believe nutrition should feel supportive, practical, and enjoyable rather than overwhelming or rigid. I am particularly passionate about helping clients navigate disordered eating, challenge diet culture, and build healthier relationships with food. My goal is to help clients develop sustainable habits that support their health, performance, and overall well-being.
Outside of work, you can find me coaching figure skating, training for Olympic weightlifting competitions, spending time with my cats, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
