Ishita is a Registered Physiotherapist, licensed with College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She has completed her international degree in Bachelors of Physiotherapy from India in 2017 followed by Post-Grad Certification in Fitness & Health Promotion from Loyalist College, Belleville, ON in 2020.
Ishita also holds certifications in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, McKenzie Mobilization, Vestibular rehabilitation- advance level and Concussion Management. Moreover, Ishita is skilled in Manual Therapy & Exercises Therapy along with experienced in treating post operative musculoskeletal conditions, pelvic rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal physiotherapy, spinal conditions, neck pain, and sports injuries. She enjoys working with people of all age groups and also has experience in treating work related injuries (WSIB), Vertigo, TMJ, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), and post-surgical joint replacement conditions. Ishita is always focused on updating her knowledge and keeps an eye on latest research and techniques.
In her spare time, Ishita enjoys travelling, hiking, reading, and playing badminton.
