Anyone can join this breathwork experience - if you can breathe, you're ready. This in-person 60-minute masterclass begins with a warm introduction to breathwork as a somatic tool for nervous system support. You'll learn quick, practical exercises you can use anytime at home to bring more ease and calm into your day. From there, Jen will guide you through a Somabreath experience - breathing rhythmically to the beat of brainwave music and practicing breath holds to build resilience in both body and mind. Along the way, you'll receive guided meditation and affirmations designed to elevate your Level of Vibrational Energy (L.O.V.E.). You'll leave feeling more alive, deeply grateful, and at peace.

This appointment reserves time for your IV. The type of IV and ingredients are individual to each person and will be determined during your visit.

For patients who are new to IV Therapy at our clinic. This appointment is intended to assess eligibility for IV therapy. This appointment must be booked with a Naturopathic Doctor. This is a virtual appointment. Your IV therapy will be booked for a later date, at which time your physical assessment will be completed.

Please only book this appointment if you have been referred for an iron infusion AND have completed the pre-iron infusion visit and have been deemed eligible for the service. Please expect to be at the clinic for about 90 minutes.

This a 15-minute VIRTUAL appointment with a naturopathic doctor to see if you are a suitable candidate for an iron infusion. Please send in your most recent iron results (ferritin and, if available, hematology panel) for your practitioner to assess your need for an infusion. Please note that these values should be within 3 months of your appointment.
