Izzy completed her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. She then moved across the pond to accomplish her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London.
Izzy’s goal is to create an intentional recovery journey that provides individuals with the tools to reclaim their strength and mobility. Her aim is to facilitate movement with manual therapy techniques and exercises that promote long-term functional improvement.
Izzy grew up in Ottawa and spent 14 years playing hockey. Nowadays she balances sport, strength training, and running throughout the week. This lifelong commitment has fuelled her passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle!
