If you’ve been injured in a motor vehicle collision — whether it was your fault or not — you are entitled to accident benefits through your automobile insurance. It’s important to access a primary care practitioner, such as a physiotherapist, within 10 days of your collision to begin your recovery process. If your accident occurred within the last 90 days and you have an active claim number and assigned adjuster, please book this appointment type for your initial MVA assessment. You do not need a physician’s referral to access physiotherapy care, and in most cases, your treatment will be covered by your auto insurance benefits. Note: A valid injury claim number and assigned adjuster are required to book an MVA assessment.

This appointment is to be booked based on the recommendation of your physiotherapist and after a Physiotherapy Assessment. Performance Physiotherapy is a multi-practitioner approach to injury management - this is the STRENGTH & CONDITIONING portion of your treatment. a PHYSIOTHERAPY session should be booked with it.

Our physiotherapy sessions focus on combining hands-on care with movement and recovery strategies to get you back to feeling your best. Your treatment may include: Manual therapy to address joint and soft tissue restrictions Needling for targeted muscle release and pain relief Exercise prescription tailored to your goals and needs Recovery modalities: Game Ready, or Normatec compression to support healing and performance In addition to treatment, you’ll spend time in the gym where a coach will teach and supervise your exercise progressions in our private performance gym.
