Jacky Cheung is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist with a Specialized Honours Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University and an Advanced Standing Massage Therapy degree from the Ontario College of Health and Technology.
With a background in high-performance sports, Jacky was a member of the York University Varsity Badminton Team, earning the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Achievement Award for the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons.
At The Spot RPR, Jacky leverages his expertise in manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation to help clients achieve their performance and therapeutic goals. His previous roles include serving as a Certified Athletic Therapist at St. Andrew's College and League1 ON Woodbridge Strikers.
Jacky has also gained extensive experience working with athletes across various levels, including Team Canada, as well as professional and USports/NCAA football, soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and ultimate frisbee athletes.
Outside of his professional duties, Jacky stays active through volleyball, dodegeball, pickleball, spikeball, and outdoor activities. He is a strong advocate for holistic health and well-being!
