In this session we will go over how to contract the core and pelvic floor properly to rehabilitate your body and build strength from the inside out.

Initial visit, book this 1 hour appointment if you have never been to see me before. Please note that this is not relaxation massage.

Both regular massage techniques and Rapid techniques are integrated into this treatment. This treatment is suitable for a first visit.

Rapid is a type of massage that treats aches and pains by focusing on the nerves rather than the muscle tissue. It's a lotion free technique, so the patient remains clothed, and the treatment is movement based to encourage active motion. The purpose of Rapid is to reset nerve hypersensitivity back to neutral.
