He is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and McMaster University. Jacob is also trained in Fascial Stretch Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupuncture, and IASTM to meet your treatment needs. Over his career Jacob has been able to help his clients meet their treatment goals by creating an individualized treatment plan. The individualized programs allow his clients to achieve results by pairing manual therapy, stretches, and exercise.

Reiki is a subtle and effective form of treatment where energy and natural vibration are transmitted through the hands of a practitioner. Considered a spiritual healing art, its roots are of Japanese origin. A person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing which helps keep their mind and body in a positive state of health and wellbeing. When energy becomes stuck, weak or blocked, it can lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. There is nothing for you to do other then to relax, and let me do all the work. You simply need to show up to your session with an open mind and open heart.
