Jacob has always had a passion for health, fitness and massage. He was drawn to develop his knowledge of the body and how to improve one’s quality of life by studying Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. His primary focus is **sports massage**.
Jacob is passionate about helping athletes achieve their optimal performance, as well as to help his clients reduce daily stress and overall pain.
Jacob specializes in **Deep Tissue** Massage by focusing on your primary concern and helps to relieve stubborn aches and pains by utilizing techniques such as Deep Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy.
Jacob is also excited to be including Osteopathic Studies to his practice in the near future.
