Jacqueline Sagredo RMT, GCFP
Jacqueline is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner (GCFP). She is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and brings over 15 years of clinical experience to her practice. Her multidisciplinary background includes Mindfulness Studies and the Feldenkrais Method®, including Awareness Trough Movement® and Functional Integration®.
Jacqueline’s approach to care is grounded in a strong interest in the body-mind relationship and its impact in overall wellbeing.
She offers intentional client-centered treatments designed to support relaxation and healing. Her treatments may include traditional Swedish Massage, fascial work, gentle joint mobilization, stretching, and craniosacral therapy with pressure adapted to each client needs.
Jacqueline has extensive experience working with prenatal and postpartum clients, as well as individuals with TMJ dysfunction. She teaches Awareness Through Movement® classes and during the cold months she also offers Hot Stone massage.

A light, relaxing and gentle treatment that has a profound calming influence on the nervous system. Beneficial for those with headaches/migraines, sinus congestion, whiplash injuries, sports injuries, tinnitus, anxiety, TMJ Dysfunction, and epidural induced headaches. CST treatments are performed by our RMT's and billed as Massage Therapy. Please note all RMT fees include HST, and our practitioners do not accept tips.
