Jade Beck started her career as a Massage Therapist in 2018 after completing a 3000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program at Makami College here in Edmonton, Alberta. In early 2020, she completed the 200 hours of training needed to become a Yoga Instructor, complementing her experience as a Massage Therapist. She is passionate about positively impacting people’s health and wellness and provides an inclusive approach to massage treatments. Jade also provides cupping therapy as an addition to her treatments.

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
Follow-up appointment -scheduled after completion of initial consultation and treatment. 45 minutes of Acupuncture and 30 minutes of Massage Therapy. Please make sure to eat a good meal within one hour prior to your appointment time. Please avoid caffeine the day of your appointment. Please wear comfortable clothes that can be easily tucked or rolled up.
