Jade was born and raised in Red Deer, Alberta, where she grew up competing in hockey and volleyball. Her love for sport and human movement led her to the University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO), where she played varsity volleyball and completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics. While at UBCO, Jade also spent time assisting varsity athletes from various sports with their rehabilitation and coaching volleyball.
Jade pursued her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Her experience as a former varsity athlete gives her a practical, firsthand understanding of demanding physical activity and the mechanics required for full recovery and resilience.
Jade’s approach is centered on achieving optimal function and sustained activity for every patient. Her treatment integrates manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, therapeutic modalities, and education to target the root cause of injury. She is dedicated to equipping people with the clinical knowledge and physical tools necessary to regain confidence in their movement and return to the activities they enjoy most.
Outside of the clinic, Jade enjoys golfing, going to the mountains, and spending time with her friends, family, and very loved dog Rex.
