Your session is scheduled for 60 minutes and will focus on continuing your personalized treatment plan based on your initial assessment and progress.
What to Expect: Your initial acupuncture appointment is 90 minutes long to allow for a comprehensive health assessment followed by the treatment. During the first part of your session, your licensed acupuncturist will take a detailed health history, discuss your lifestyle, and learn about your specific goals and concerns. This thorough assessment helps create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Following the assessment, your acupuncture treatment will begin. It involves the gentle insertion of ultra-thin needles at specific points on your body designed to stimulate natural healing and restore energetic balance.
