SaveJaedan is a physiotherapist who brings a strong movement background and a practical, patient-first approach to care. She completed both her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. Having spent 13 years as a high-performance soccer athlete, Jaedan understands both the demands of sport and the importance of recovering well, moving confidently, and getting back to the activities that matter most.

Her approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and focused on helping patients build independence. Jaedan places a strong emphasis on therapeutic exercise, clear education, and realistic treatment plans so patients know what they are working toward and why. Patients can expect collaborative sessions with coaching, exercise prescription, and a plan that feels practical, personalized, and empowering.
Outside the clinic, Jaedan stays active with recreational softball, volleyball, and soccer. These days, the shift from high-performance sport to rec leagues means playing for fun while still taking it just seriously enough to call it “strategic.” Jaedan looks forward to helping patients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence every step of the way.
