**Master of Science in Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Psych Minor, IMS/FDN, BFR**
Jag graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy in England from Leeds
Beckett University in 2018. Jag has a special interest in knee rehab, particularly ACL rehab.
He has guest lectured at SFU for ACL rehab labs with Carmen Bott, additionally contributed to ACL rehab courses for practitioners,
and had a feature in an article discussing ACL injuries while skiing.
Jag believes that physiotherapy intervention is an active approach to achieving patient's
goals. The journey to recovery requires the patient and therapist working together to
achieve optimal function. Jag has been collaborating with strength and conditioning coaches\colleagues and partaking in courses to enhance his knowledge and application of S&C in the rehab world. He is working towards his IUSCA certification and in the future CSCP certification.
Jag utilizes manual therapy, modalities, taping and most
importantly exercise as his physiotherapeutic interventions. Additionally, his approach to
treating a specific injury is global rather than local. Jag is an advocate of evidence-
based practice, which ensures the patient receives the best and most up-to-date care
possible.
Jag is an active person who grew up playing basketball and soccer at a high level, and currently plays
Flag Football with and/or against junior level, semi professional and exCFL players. He also enjoys weightlifting, snowboarding, hiking and sprint training.
