Jahsenia Palmero Baptiste is an Acupuncturist registered under Student Class with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She is a recent graduate of an Advanced Diploma program in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and currently practices under the supervision of a Registered Acupuncturist, in accordance with CTCMPAO regulations.
Jahsenia completed over 600 hours of supervised clinical practice, providing direct patient care for a wide range of conditions. Her approach focuses on addressing the root cause of imbalance while supporting the body’s natural healing processes. She has a special interest in internal medicine disorders, female reproductive health, chronic pain management, and trauma and mental health related conditions. Her treatments integrate traditional Chinese medicine principles with a strong foundation in biomedical science and evidence-based research.

Cupping: Uses suction to loosen tight muscles, improve blood flow, and relieve pain or tension. Tuina: A TCM manual therapy similar to massage that helps relax muscles, improve mobility, and reduce discomfort. Gua Sha: A gentle scraping technique that releases muscle tension, reduces stiffness, and supports recovery. Moxibustion: A warming herbal or red light therapy used to stimulate circulation, ease chronic pain, and support digestion or fatigue.
