Dr. Jaime Enns is a Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for supporting patients to feel their best – whether that means treating specific health concerns or working towards optimizing overall health and wellness. She believes in personalized, compassionate, and evidence- informed care to help you reach your health goals.
Dr. Jaime provides support for various health concerns through a combination of naturopathic modalities, including nutrition counselling, lifestyle adjustments, focused lab testing, personalized supplements and prescriptions, acupuncture, vitamin and nutrient injections, and more. She has a special focus in women’s health (hormonal concerns, menopause, fertility, etc.) as well as metabolic health (weight management, blood sugar control, cholesterol support, etc).
Dr. Jaime received her Doctor of Naturopathy Degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and holds certifications in therapeutic prescribing, IV nutrient delivery, and nutrient injection therapy. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Queen’s University. She is currently in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.
