She has worked over a decade at a four diamond spa and has worked with a diverse clientele. After her maternity leave, she has now opened up a registered massage therapy treatment office in her home, based in the rural settings of Smiths Falls, ON.

Swedish Massage techniques are used while holding heated stones. The deep radiating heat from the stones helps release tension in the muscles , increases circulation, and aids in relaxation. Note: DO NOT BOOK If you have Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes, MS, altered sensation, cancer, epilepsy, or are pregnant. Feverish clients should reschedule.

It is a safe and effective therapy to deal with some of the uncomfortable symptoms associated with pregnancy eg. (general fatigue, back and neck pain, sciatic pain) To increase your comfort during the massage pregnancy cushions, pillows and towels will be available. If you are experiencing a high risk pregnancy please check with your doctor before booking a prenatal massage.
