Jaime has been practicing in Sherwood Park and surrounding area since graduating from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy (formerly known as Alberta Massage Training) with a 2200 hour program in 2009.
Jaime opened Crave Wellness in October of 2015 wanting to create an inviting practice with a relaxing environment focused on healing and well being. Jaime has since added many talented therapists to the team with the same goals in mind.
She began her career practicing in a physiotherapy clinic where she was able to work with many different health professionals, and was able to follow her passion of working with surgical rehabilitation and motor vehicle accident injuries. She has been working in massage and acupuncture clinic's in Sherwood Park since 2009 where she has worked with and learned from the best. Tailoring her massage technique and treatment for the client at each visit and creating a therapeutic treatment with remedial benefits is what she believes in.

TMJD Massage Therapy (Including Intraoral Treatment) Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD) massage focuses on relieving pain and tension affecting the jaw, face, head, and neck. This treatment is beneficial for clients experiencing jaw clicking, clenching or grinding, headaches, facial pain, or limited jaw mobility. Treatment may include external techniques to the jaw, neck, and surrounding musculature, as well as intraoral massage when clinically indicated. Intraoral work involves gentle, gloved techniques applied inside the mouth to release tension in the muscles responsible for jaw movement. This approach helps reduce pain, improve alignment, and restore more comfortable function. All intraoral treatment is performed with informed consent, proper hygiene protocols, and clear communication to ensure client comfort and safety.
