James graduated from Laurentian University with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 2014. However, a personal experience with chronic knee and back pain introduced him to acupuncture—a transformative encounter that changed his life. With just a few skillfully placed needles, his pain was alleviated, sparking a deep fascination with this ancient practice.
Motivated by a desire to help others find relief, James shifted his focus to a career in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Passionate about holistic healing, he is dedicated to researching and exploring innovative techniques to provide effective, personalized care and enhance patient outcomes.

During this treatment, you come with your partner. Induction treatment is done on you while Julie teaches and practices acupressure with your partner so they can learn and support you during labour. Your partner will be added to this appointment after you register. The cost of this treatment is $30 for the pregnant person and $110 for the partner. Both portions can be billed through insurance.
