James is a registered dietitian currently in good standing with the Nova Scotia Regulators of Dietetics and a graduate of the University of Prince Edward Island with a Bsc. in Food and Nutrition.
James has been a dedicated athlete his entire life and competed in a long list of different sports. This has helped James develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges an athlete faces each day and allows him to better develop an individualized sports nutrition plan.
