James is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy,
where he developed extensive experience working with a diverse range of
clients.
Throughout his training, he supported athletes, individuals living with
neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, clients receiving palliative
care, and those simply seeking relaxation and stress relief.
He offers a variety of treatment techniques, including Swedish massage, deep
fascial work, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy. Whether the goal is
relaxation, sports performance, injury rehabilitation, or improved mobility,
James is committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients
can fully relax, recover, and restore.
James takes a patient-centered, evidence-informed approach to care,
focusing on restoring function and helping clients return to the activities they
enjoy. He works collaboratively with each individual to develop personalized
treatment plans that align with their goals and comfort level.
Outside of the clinic, James enjoys staying active at the gym, playing
badminton and volleyball, and expressing his creativity through playing the
guitar. Having experienced the journey from injury to recovery firsthand, he
understands the physical and mental challenges that can come with healing.
He is dedicated to supporting and empowering his clients every step of the
way, helping them move with confidence and feel their very best.
